International experience in Washington, D.C. and New York City

From September 16 to 24, 2025, I traveled to Washington, D.C. and New York after being selected from more than 1,200 participants as one of only 8 chosen, earning this opportunity through my work with LUNAMENTAL and alongside I+D Foundation. Over nine days, I took part in a high-level agenda focused on **innovation, leadership, international cooperation, entrepreneurship, and global development**, with visits and meetings at some of the most relevant institutions in the United States and the international system. In Washington, D.C., I visited and engaged with institutions such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank, Organization of American States, Georgetown University, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Capitol, and the White House, while also participating in meetings with leaders from international organizations. Later, in New York, the experience coincided with the High-Level Week of the United Nations General Assembly, giving me the opportunity to be close to spaces where political, business, technology, and social leaders from around the world come together. More than a trip, it was an opportunity to bring the vision behind LUNAMENTAL into an international environment and to understand firsthand how major institutions approach global challenges. The experience strengthened my conviction that artificial intelligence, technology, and entrepreneurship can become powerful tools for impact at a global scale, while raising my ambition to build LUNAMENTAL from Colombia with an international vision.
